With the D-Day event the 3rd task is to get 100 kills with a machine gun, doesn’t sound that bad but the combination of me only having the bren in the allies (i don’t have any german machineguns) and the fact that i have to play normandy is kinda annoying. I can have amazing games playing as the russians with the madsen but i cant seem to have one good game whilst primarily using the bren despite the bren and madsen being fairly similar. Ok, maybe i can just cheese the game by using subMACHINE guns. nope. You’d think i could use it as it is literally in the name but i guess not. K, understandable, they mean a proper machinegun that doesnt use handgun cartidges. Tanks? No, well im fairly certain they dont work. This “forces” me to either use the bren gun and get leukemia or just beg for RNGesus to give me D-Day as the axis and use the mg-42s scattered around, which leads to the actual part of this rant that relates to the title.
I’ve been joining games, looking at the map, and leaving for atleast the past 45 minutes. Should i be doing that? No, i shouldn’t, but thats not going to stop me. Nonstop i leave a game just to get the same exact map just with different teams the next time. Le Bre, Le Bre, Le Bre, Swamps, Swamps, Swamps, CHATEAU, CHATEAU, CHATEAU. Will probably take me years to get d-day. You’d think that if i leave a game in the first couple seconds that i don’t want the exact same map the next time. Maybe this is to discourage leaving games, if so, it hasn’t really worked. Or maybe it has, me wasting my time at the forums when i could be defending a beach.
Last Bits:
The first flamethrowers you unlock are trash, you’d think that if you face was currently being melted that that was it, but no, you can get crispier than a bucket of KFC and still live.
What is the reward for the 4th task? doesn’t look like a silver troops order but maybe i’m loosing my mind
I’d love to have Evaris inform me about how wrong i am as he knows a lot more about the game than i do
