They should be like in War Thunder, for example: for killing 10000 enemies, destroying 200 planes, participating in getting all the points in the game 10 times etc.

What do the medals do? Sorry, I don’t play warthunder enough to understand what the medals are for. I play it sometimes but only for a game. 
They’re essentially just things that show other players that you’re really good, or that you’ve played for a while. A cool thing is that the medals are the ones actually used by the countries you’re playing as (I’m not sure if the obtaining of the medals is accurate).

WoT is a fun game, it’s simple and easy to play, I know you’re knocking me for the fact I even mentioned it, but it’s not a bad game. Enlisted is a much more realistic and enjoyable shooter with much better tanker gameplay (what got me into enlisted). I play WT once in a while, personally Im not to fond of the cross between coldwar and modern war machines mixed with WW2. WT is enjoyable though, I wish I had people to play with, Enlisted and WT would be better with people.
