has to be a grass is always greener thing since heavy MGs are pretty much adequate against all fighters and most bombers, especially since most 20mm cannons are so nerfed that they do less damage than HMG, but thats on WT and people have been complaining about it for a while now.

Well absolutely not the Ki-100 and P-51 D-5 is exactly same comparison between Meteor and Jabo one is boom and zoom aircraft the other one is all around fighter. You cant play boom and zoom aircraft and go in dogfight if you dont want to be ‘‘wobblier’’ gain altitude.

Ah no, of course they rip you up in a single burst… unless I’m the one flying the darn thing and then I’m just jumping up and down and maybe hitting once or twice before the enemy just Air-Cobra me and 20mil me to death in a short burst
Yeah, I know, but most of the time in Enlisted it boils down to a dogfight as the maps are tinny and to be effective you need to hug the ground to drop your bombs, also that damn reticle removes most of the fun in the engagements as people can zap you out from like a Km away, I mean, I’ve had SUPER FUN dogfights here and there but most of the time is just “Ah, I’ve spotted you brrrt dead”

Cuz most of Enlisted players play Greedy and have big scores when there is no enemy good pilots the moment there is they get wreaked specially the poor P-47 players that can be only in ground attacker pleb category and dont want to use the aircraft as the boom and zoom aircraft that it is.
Thats exactly what boom and zoom aircrafts do think on in as a turn base strategy they are aircrafts first you must think before you put yourself in a bad position. Since yeah if you got the Zero on your 6 well no amount of skill will save you. 50% of your plane fight is good knowledge of the enemy aircraft that you are fighting. Simply Ki 100 is much easier to learn then P-51D-5. P-51D-5 is for experienced pilots. Same like Germany with the BF since all the people use the IAR but the BF have much more capacity then the IAR that requires far less skill to be used.
Ah no, I know haha I meant it more as the fact that the reticle dumbs the combat down far too much.

Well its how it is people love to use the most meta vehicles and Japan has only Ki-100 as a meta vehicle. The tanks are trash the ground attackers are trash. If they finally move Ki-61 to BR III at least there will be some option to pick from.

Yeah, metas suck, also the fact that they placed the Ki-100 in the same squad is just nonsensical, they need to swap that spot with the Ki-61 and move it to BR III
They just need to lower the Ki-61 to BR III and you have 2 squads for BR III with good aircrafts.

We will get them after 1000 years xD The easiest solution is to put Ki-61 to BR III and you have Ki-100 there so you can pick same way US have P-51 and P-38J.

Nah I’m quite happy in BR III tbh haha as much as I love the Panther, Tiger and such I’m not willing to sweat in a pure jet airspace with T20 riddled squads, I’m content enjoying the game haha

Well BR IV is a bit more populated now so you can get nice matches against BR III Allies and USSR. BR III Germany is fine but also needs more aircraft fixes. There is very big lack of Aircrafts at BR III for Germany and Japan. Even USSR and US can use a bit more.
Just tried 3 BR IV matches a few hours ago, turbo sweats and jets everywhere haha I am now back into my comfy BR III, thanks, I still pray for jets to be nerfed or for them to make a BR VI and place them there haha

Well i have no option at all with Japan either play BR IV or V or don’t play a dedicated pilot xD
Nah, I’m an all rounder even tho’ most of my posts are about planes curiously haha I’d say I play around 50% Infantry, 30% Tanks & 20% Planes, but I think that planes are by far worse of than tanks in terms of balance tbh.
And also Japan is quite good at BR I-III, you mostly fight shermies and garand squads and now T-34s and PPSh squads so it’s a good time, not so sweaty haha

Sadly sometimes I have to. Normally I run paratrooper or apc or engineer squad and planes.
APCs are game winning, damn shame they got turbo nerfed really
