Let’s all be real, nobody wanted the gold order shop to be removed, infact even the shop it self put up one hell of a fight just to give some goods, one last time. It time for it to return, once an for all.
If it returns in the form of the old system - absolutely not
Old system gave you scraps and not rewards, I am very glad to have the ability to get all the content from the BP
Maybe instead of gold orders they could give like gold crates that give you a random BP weapon. A gold order shop would still be preferable but if they aren’t bringing that back then we might as well get something

This is the strangest business I have ever seen. They have lots of premium products, premium squads, premium weapons, legacy squads they could be selling making money in their BP store. So, unless their BP sales was just so poor that it was costing Gaijin more money to keep the online BP store open then closing it, it makes little sense to shut off your sales hub. 
Even if they don’t want to keep a BP store 24/7, they could at least open one to maybe run a month or so ever few months, so people who want additional BP weapons and squads don’t have to wait to get one a year or two down the road in a bundle or an event. 
I honestly want 2 Mkb.35/lll. And maybe 4 silent erma emp for my legacy normandy assault squad
The major drawback of the BP store was they limited the amount you could have, so four guns unless they were pistols, then six. So, if it reopened then you would be able to buy four of both the Mkb.35’s and Silent Erma’s. I have five of the Mkb’s and four of the silent Erma’s. I bought all when the BP store was closing and had a sale, and the additional Mkb I got in an event. My silent Erma’s I am now using as my MP18 squad backup weapons, which essentially makes them my standard weapon.
If there was a trading feature I would kindly ask to trade with you. I would give you 2 SKS-30 for 2 Mkb.35/lll
That is probably something I wouldn’t trade. 
It took me a long time to get the fifth gun. I added my squad picture, and my last soldier has the Scotti X, another BP gun I really like. I have four of them as well. It is much superior to the Amaguerra gun IMOP
This is a matter of choice. With the in-game store, we can pick out a powerful weapon with each battle pass update. But without it, we have no choice but to put up with the only battle pass weapon available and use it whether we like it or not.
Isn’t that a world of difference? I hope the store makes a comeback. At the very least, remove those godforsaken duplicate premium vehicles that clutter up the loot crates—replace them with legacy squads, for example.
The delisting of the premium vehicle store now signals a shortage of DF developers, and we’ll never again see four weapons released in one single update like we used to. The number of new weapons available to us has dropped by three-quarters, which is absolutely frustrating. DF is losing more and more developers, and its production capacity is declining steadily. I hate this trend.
Simply put - 4 Gold orders werent cutting it back in the day
All that had to happen was that there were 2 weapons added that you wanted or 1 weapon and 1 vehicle skin and suddenly you weren’t able to get 4 copies
New system just gives it all to you no questions asked, you always get 4 copies, all skins, all soldiers - all on top of extra gold, silver and other rewards
Its 400% increase over the previous one
And regarding choice - yeah the choice was great… but the amount of times you got to choose was abysmal all while the amount of content added is the same as it is now. The only good thing about the previous system was that if there was truly NOTHING you wanted you could get some of the previous stuff - otherwise it was just FOMO and getting singular copies of weapons because you’d miss on them otherwise and catching up on newly added content because they were going to stay in the rotation for longer
Nowadays you just get the stuff. The worst case scenario is that if over a course of 4 BP you only get a weapons you dont really care about so you lose on nothing but get more of the other rewards
Better yet - in the new system since the amount of content added is the same and old BP shop rotated, at some point you just completely remove the need of choice because you just get to have all of the weapons, leaving you nothing to choose from - which is way more healthy in the long run imo
yeah I just returned to the game after a year and I remember them closing the store last time I played, so damn sad it ended… all these cool guns and vehicles just unobtanium now. spent 300k on the silver boxes yesterday, got nothing interesting at all. the current system is just horrible.
There is WAY to much crap in the Gambling boxes now and I don’t even want a lot of it. I used to like the idea of being rewarded and being able to actually pick something I want and would use…and capping them was a great idea…locking them in the gambling boxes is a terrible idea, being able to pick our reward was actually great, wasting millions of silver to not get anything is off-putting. Squads in the gambling boxes are what people want and gets people wanting to play various BRs for all factions…it’s not our fault we started playing after those events.
@MajorMcDonalds is this something that can be suggested to devs (bringing back the GO shop AND fixing the gambling boxes)? This goes along way to keeping the player base motivated…and the dynamite events that have been coming…but now it points out to me I can’t get Assaulter Engineers for all factions…maybe buy old ones for Silver or gold?
