With winning on German side is one problem… On most of the maps it is Germany who is the defending side. Generally it is defending side who has the upper hand in this game so this is why in your data Axis has pretty good statistics. We are speaking about tank vs tanks battles where Pz IV J is always on the worse spot comparing to T-34-85 (D-5T).

Yes in tank vs tank the t34 is better than the pz 4. But wanting to balance out starting tanks is completely different from saying that the entire campaign is rigged against one side. You will note that in my data my german win rates are roughly 14% than lower soviet win rates. However, I think the key factor to this is the player skill on German losses. Since we can treat my performance as a constant. The massive score differential between a German win and a German loss is a huge indicator of differences in player skill in those matches and is undoubtedly a leading contributor to losing.

Agree. While playing sometimes (many)soviets i have to give up building spawn beacons cause there is already so many. At example we dont need 6 beacons in 3 poibt conquest.
Also some matches there is no defenders at all in points. Yesterday i lost atleast 4 or 5 squads to only spawn camping at wilhelmstrasse but 1 player captured 2 points alone and almost turned last one. He just captured those points uncontested and run to next one
In my opinion the author didn’t mean that entire campaign is rigged. He pointed out few first levels with tank balance in the lead. In mine and many others in this topic he’s right. He indicates that Pz IV J vs T-34 isn’t balanced at all. I can play tanks pretty well and, I persume, that many other players here also are pretty good at this although we’re having constant problems when meeting T-34 being in Pz IV J.
Now, imagine players who join Enlisted later on and Berlin will be their very first campaign, they won’t like playing tanks. Just using them is hard in itself plus fighting in shitty Pz IV against T-34s won’t be engaging to play more and they’ll contribute to your data by depressing winrate in German team.
In your callculations you’re probably right that German players are less skilled than the other factions it’s because most of the people who are interessed in WWII are choosing German side because of its poularity in almost every historical study.
Here I’m not indicating that German side should be buffed because its playerbase lacks skill, it’s because it’s unfair, that here in Berlin some initial weapon/vehicle is worse than its counterpart in Russian campaign. As the author said either Pz IV J, MP 3008 or JU 87 D5 is worse against the background of its Russian equvalent. In two past campaign we have decent balance between all side with one two levels where one side is better than the other and we have the same situation here in Berlin.
In my opinion I think OP wants Germany to get a buff. He says:

Currently, I think it mostly comes down to the playerbase for Germany being worse/ lower leveled. I could make a similar post pointing out all the things that Germany has that is better. I personally believe that all campaigns are pretty close to being perfectly balanced.
Because German players refuse to play the objective
it’s a theme across all three campaigns.
It’s 100% not an equipment disparity
I can utterly stomp my way through the Soviet team, but without other bodies on the point it’s all for nothing because as soon as I go down they’re going to reinforce and I have to do it all over again.
