I would like to request to have Breakthrough be the next major event instead of another Reinforcements Received. (Honestly, I think it would benefit the playerbase to have RR and BT alternate between each other month to month. I also think that Reinforcements Received should be fixed so that it unlocks the next stage but not lock you from completing older stages, allowing people to catch up if they had to work or had school…ie capped progression, not forced pacing).
Please have 4 event squads (with swappable weapons), 1 for each faction.
Please use Event Squad Orders, so that you can choose the order in which you get the squads. Seriously, these used to be a thing and it was great!
Please have no limit to the number of minor rewards you can get, this increases playerbase value and participation. (That " 1. You can receive up to 100 rewards for battle points." is not necessary … if I play a ton, I play a ton).

essentially do 2500 points and get a reward, after X total points earned, get a major reward. There is no limit to the number of rewards you can get per day.
