Replace the people in charge of events and premium sales

Let’s be real here, the events we’ve gotten sucks and the sales on premiums are for ones currently in the store and rarely do we get old premiums, even ones with TT weapons.
It’s about time things change, and if they don’t, then this game is gonna go farther down hill, so I ask, do you guys and gals think that

Should the people in charge of events be replaced?

I’ve bought so many premium squads over my four years that they rarely advertise a squad I don’t already have. I am not a tank man, but when bundles are advertised usually the only squads I don’t have are either tank squads, or maybe a sniper squad.
