Replace battlepass weapon and gold weapon order with battlepass squad equipped with the same weapon and gold squad order

So instead of just 1-2 GO Guns…you want an entire GO Squad all equipped with the GO Gun?

You could think of it like a event squad but more accessible by doing the battlepass or events

Not really. In fact it will make many battle pass weapon become useless.

Many players buy battle pass weapon because they want to arm the squad they want and the battle pass weapon meet their requirement.

For example, if I need to arm the at engineer and radio man in my mg squad with semi auto rifle I might buy battle pass weapon for them. But I can’t if they are in an event squad and I don’t need a squad that is full of semi auto rifle.

Moreover event squad is usually not customisable, so you can’t select the soldier you want.

The exception will be those meta battle pass weapon because some player like to spam them in squad.

I mean the main way to equip your regular squad is trough grinding in tech tree and unlock good weapons such as the FG-42 and you can have a separate squad that you might use for fun, while keeping the tech tree useful.

lol use for fun? Most people don’t even have extra slot to equip them. Even if they have it I doubt they will equip such squad instead of other meta squad.

This depends on the player, some might get bored, and some want to grind continuously. The meta squad weapon might have a higher br than others, while the less powerful squad weapon might be in lower br for grinding against lower br player.

Turning it into a event squad won’t really help the grind, it will help a bit for new player at the very start, but it will be quickly ditched when they unlock the normal squad.

You could say the same thing for bolt-action being replaced in favor of semi automatic rifle.

I definitely do not want more weapons that are binded/locked to only one specific squad.
