Remove the grey zone bullshit, improve the experience for the defense side, and remove the vehicle spawn protection

Like I said earlier and in the title. There are way too many 1 sided battles due to these points in the title for BR5.

Defending battle for the defending side had long been an issue which was not fixed. Either improve the experience for the defending side or remove this game mode altogether, and implement only confrontation mode.

With the introduction of the infiltrator squad, the grey zone issue had somewhat been mitigated. However, it can still be exploited by dedicated campers camping inside vehicle spawn zone.

It is just a garbage design to create a zone where 1 side cannot reach to the other side (invincibility zone) without planes. The grey zone concept is not seen in a lot of similar games, it is that bad.

These points greatly diminishes the gaming experience and will hamper the revenue of the game. If enlisted is meant to be a quick money grab then by all means nothing needs to be done. It does not seem to be such because there are many improvements done in the past few months with many desired contents being added to the game such as allied tanks. infiltrator squad, engineer high-cal AT gun (wonky most of time) and so on…

This post is written because I do not want to see people leaving this game because These points I brought up, and I would like to see this game to succeed.

Removing spawn protection is ultra bad take.

I’m not sure if removing spawn protection is a good idea but I really get what you mean by grey zone tankers, especially in that one pacific map where you need to attack a series of trenches alongside a beach and the Japanese usually have the advantage of an elevated hill with good tree protection that they can abuse the hell out of it with HE lobbers

however I advise you to get more experience with planes that can launch rockets, in my experience it is the more surefire way to deal with campers, even better than bombers.

or maybe darkflow can rework the map so that tanks can only effectively engage enemy only when infantry can also get to them (big risk big reward for both the tankers and infantryman)

or be a good snail and buy premium guerilla and grind tech tree guerilla like they intended lol

i vote for this.

and the defense side needs a rework
i suggested removing rallys and put a line of standard spawns.
for both teams.

maybe objectives should be bigger

It does. It is your short sighted mind that can’t see how big of a problem this is.

I only play BR5 across all nations except Japan.

I get what you are saying. The made up BR5 Japan TD.

Not rockets, usually 250kg bombs, or TNT. If the camper is in spawn protection zone then no TNT. The problem that is you are pouring in a lot of resources just to deal with 1 camper in the camping zone. If anything else around who had half a brain would build AA or bot with fully-decked out perks to take pot shot at you with auto rifles.

yeah, I think the only logical way to deal this is to rework the map so that tanks cannot directly shoot the “battlespace” unless they’re inside play area

That could be a viable option and a valid point, but it requires extensive testing in which I doubt they have the QA team for that. Again, devs are lazy. It is much easier for them to just remove the vehicle spawn protection altogether.

I have abused the mechanism myself, and it is disgusting especially holding off a choke point or a cap point.

i hate how easy it is for me to sneak from the flanks to destroy defending enemy rallys on the rear.

i sometimes leave them up cause i want the fight to be fair and last

and also maybe should be another system that replace the ticket system from attackers
maybe a timer to take the point
and not a number of spawns

you have a problem

Guerilla squads are this game´s biggest failure by far, I only seen 2 people so far use them as intendid, the rest 99,99% only use them spawn camp infantry.

No it just ensures that the losing team can be better camped by enemy tanks due to a more predictable spawn as nobody would want to spawn futher away from the objective then they must and if they do they get punished for it just like the supposed “problem with rallypoints” would.

agree, guerillas with low BR SMG is just Dark Flow straight up asking us to cheese the fuck out of newbies instead of actively hunting grey zoning tanks

I’d rather have map that force tanks to actually take a risk by entering combat zone to be able to fire HE rounds at the objective instead, that way no one is above the risk of sudden death.

if all players had access to both aircraft and tanks than they could easily counter any threat, but DF instead listened to smooth brain idiots that cried for grey zone camping infantry.
Ofcourse f2p players still dont use guerillas because they dont want to trade their 7 men assaulter squad for a 5 men SMG commando.

I think planes need to have use timer as well to prevent imbeciles from going AFK in the air like e.g. if you don’t get at least few kills within few minutes you’ll be ejected without ticket penalty. I’ve had an imbecile in past game who stacked up with his smooth brain friend taking BOTH fighter and attacker slots and do nothing but circle around the rearming point while enemy CAS and tank is having a field day. our tankers tried their best to kill enemy tanks but sadly they got fucked real quick by enemy CAS as well.

then we should think other alternatives for tanks.
you are telling me it would be perfect but the existence of tanks make it horrible.
so focus on a way to modify what tanks can and canot do.
