Remove premium currency cost for change clothes, it is allready expensive to change clothes with the “cards” you get in season pass. I have so many “change clothes” cards, but haven´t use any of them, because the cost is too high, when you have to pay real money aswell…
Or do some changes to that, at the moment it is very bad. 
Cosmetics are the main source of money of all the F2P games.
For Enlisted it’s not even the main source of cash, so who cares.
yeah i know it is main income source in F2P games, but just like you said it isn´t this game main source, attleast i think that way (premium account and premium squads). 
How will it benefits you by removing the premium currency cost for change clothes? If people wish to buy clothes with premium currency let them buy it, it is their choice. Or you mean reduce instead of remove?
Don´t know what would be “best” solution, but right now it isn´t good. I have so many those “clothes cards” that it is insane.

Pay with one or the other, not both. I’ve bought some cosmetics using only orders and ice not spent a cent on the game.
They show both the prices so you can see what you can afford.
