When Military Rank system was announced I thought it will be only for actual players, as AI can’t really advance in it’s rank, also it’s very confusing to see poorly performing player with General Rank that turns out to be just an AI.
Why give AI players ranks in the first place, just so they can “blend between” real people, it doesn’t work later on in the battle anyway, it only makes it look more comical (or rather pitiful) with AI Generals at the bottom of the list.
SUGGESTION:
As the title says, just remove completely Military Rank from all AI players, at least it will help people to see at first glance who is just an AI and who is actual player.
OR
If you don’t want to remove it completely then stop giving AI players random ranks and only let them have the Private rank.

I would like this if only so people can finally see that the bots are 90% of the time way better than your average Enlisted player. The vast majority of losing matches are because you have useless braindead teammates sitting in the back doing fuck all, not the bots actually charging the objective.

True, because people still can’t get this in their head.
Wins > Kills… but no lets camp the entire match on a Tower all the way in the back while having shit aim thus losing the match.

I completely agree with your suggestion if there are any ai players in those matches. Back in the closed beta, bots on the leaderboard could not be reported, only real players could, so you always knew who was real when you clicked on their name. But as soon as the open beta came, everyone gained the report button under their name.
I thought that was suspicious, but then I got a friend into enlisted, and he used to not be able to break past 8 kills in a whole 30 minute match, but occasionally he’d get a game where he’d score some 130+ kills with the kar98k on low level squads with no perks or equipment or explosion packs.
Of course, he’d go right back to perform like shit the next game, but this trend continued until he got full smg squads and consistently started placing in the top, but even now, sometimes when we play together he’s occasionally not really feeling in the mood to try at all, so he’ll sit there with 20 kills the whole game despite having full machine gunner, artillery, assaulter, flamethrower and endgame tanks and planes.
This leads me to ask, how do we know for sure right now when somebody is a bot or a real player? If they’d tell us that’d certainly help, but how do we know that it’s not just a high ranked player having a shitty day; or a low ranked player having a stroke of luck? Can we really discredit stupid behavior as being an AI player?
They could also really lie about it and I feel like we’d never really be able to tell 100%.
Some people can really act like bots sometimes, even I am guilty of it from time to time.
