Remove heat for main guns of t60/ab41/pz2

Its so ridicolous its make them useless. Make them usable again, especially since its soon gonna be mirrored tanks matches(thanks wt downgrade)

I’d like to add the tiny event SPAA from Moscow, both axis and Soviet to that list… At the very least the Soviet one.
