The removal of assets due to por UI is never an excuse, just add a cosmetic filter so you can filter by nation, time of year, and equipment on the uniform (also customisable ammo pouches when?).
My fear is that, if Italy gets to use both country’s cosmetics then the need for more Italy specific ones is lessened, because in that case Italian squads would technically have the most options within the Axis…
I don’t want there to be any excuses not to give Italy more cosmetics…

just dont use german cosmetics on your italians if it bothers you?
Italian units should have their own cosmetics. Its silly for them to have German uniforms in the first place

They do have proper italian uniforms + winter coats in all campaigns. You just might need to spend appearance orders on them, but after the last major update, italians should have italian uniform options everywhere
