The Customization restriction this game currently has needs to be changed to allow more freedom. Here’s an example using the Germans; Green stahhelms are restricted to only snipers, and more specifically snipers in Normandy, the same is true for the grey uniforms being limited to Normandy assaulters. Another example would be desert uniforms being limited to tunisa, even though German soldiers continued to use DAK uniforms as they continued to fight in Italy. Another example of how the restrictions effect players is unique items from squads like the Grounded Fallschrimjagers, one was from Normandy, two from Berlin, this doesn’t just affect veteran players who unlocked the squads, but new players who didn’t get the chance to unlock them because the unique Fallsrhimjager helmets are limited to these squads, and they are limited to the campaign they were from, which means the Berlin ones will not keep their unique helmet on Normandy, Stalingrad, etc., they’ll only keep it on if they are placed on a Berlin map, these kinds of restrictions need to be removed so that many pieces of customization can be enjoyed, especially since you can’t choose what maps you get placed in anymore.
These kind of restrictions take apart out of the enjoyment of this game. These restrictions should be changed to allow more options to customization instead of less.
