Remove auto throw from grenades and TNT packs. That’s it. That’s the suggestion.

What is auto throw?
when you prime a grenade or TNT charge for too long it will automatically throw it instead of letting it explode in your hand.

Good then I can properly kamikaze a tank when I jump on it instead of it awkwardly bouncing around and falling off.
