Remove AP shells of Cromwell I and redistribute them to APCBC and HE rounds

The Cromwell I carries 30 AP shells and 15 APCBC rounds, which is redundant. It is merely a casual tank at BR 3, and removing all AP shells will not make it overpowered.

  • It indeed needs to remove AP shells
  • Remain unchanged
  • Remove APCBC and move it to br 2

Duplicate, yes. Actually, third such topic - first one was forwarded but only partially implemented.

So… just close this topic and forward the change already… people have been asking for this since before the update where it was added got dropped - all AP rounds should be APCBC, then have an equal distribution of AP and HE shells.
