So it is just me feeling odd that when upgrading a squad the first few levels are always a torture since the squad is still in 1 squad class solider with 3 rifleman and xp gain is low since there is no 100%+ xp buff for honer upgrade. So can we change this? like first few levels require less xp and no need to upgrade for the formation

So you want an easier grind with less XP needed, and you also want to completely remove the first tab of upgrades which will slash almost every squad into less than half making it an even shorter grind. Meaning that with a busy life and having, say 5 hours a day 5 days a week you could probably max a squad in bout a week or two of solid playing. Less if you’re just that dedicated or have more time, say being a child in school or something

Yea thats what I mean. I just dont want to spend soooo many time to upgrade the squad formation page before I upgrade the guns and solider relate to the squad

You can always skip it with your money. 
Then don’t. Get your XP upgrades and then bee line the other two tabs
