Maybe I’m not understanding how invasion works, maybe it’s a bug.
So in my last invasion game, Germany was staying at its initial 1000 reinforcements despite losing a solid number of squads. It wasn’t until after they took the 2nd objective that it dropped to about 950.
Looks like Germany was given a lot of free deaths to cap with.
basically, the invasion works that the defenders must defend their territory, by wasting more attackers tickets life as possible.
the attackers on the other side, they have limited ammount of man power, set to 1’000.
everytime that attackers capture a point, they gain around 200/300 tickets at the second point, 150 and the third point, and only 100 at the penultimate point. in order to give the attacker more chance to capture the point.
i think this is preatty much balance. and the player determinates who wins. you also have to consider that defender have infinite spawnpoints and good cover.
i don’t understand in your case what does make you think it’s a bug.

what made me think it was a bug was that with German squads dropping left and right, manpower wasn’t going down at all until halfway through.
well, i don’t think it’s possible, but i don’t deny that you are telling the truth.
but without any real evidence such as a video, it’s hard to tell.

Only video I have while that’s going on probably isn’t long enough to show how long the count was sticking at 1000. It’s just a 30 second one I took with a replay hotkey because it was the first time I saw someone actually using a flamethrower.
I could upload it if need be, but my bandwidth sucks so it’ll take ages and I don’t think it’s terribly useful either.
At best it does show an entire enemy squad dying on the kill feed, but it doesn’t catch their respawn.
One thing to note is that if you cap the first point with more than 800 spawns, it goes back up to the 1000 cap. It can never go above 1000.
It was like that before they capped anything to begin with, unless every dead squad was hanging on by 1 guy hiding in the bushes.
