It would be an excellent time to address otherwise weak/overpriced perks.
Reload time, sprint speed and bolt-action RoF being notable examples.
I’m honestly in favor of tripling the reload speed bonus and bump it up to -30% at its maximum.
Sprint speed could have its price lowered to 10 instead of 16.
Along with halving the bolt-action RoF perk cost from 12 to 6.
There’s also the opportunity to add additional stages to make otherwise mundane perks powerful with a heavy investment- Such as health regeneration speed out of combat.
