You mean that they are too strong or too weak?
Maybe because Soviet tank in br2 will struggle against its 75mm armor and Chi To gun is good.
Something like T-34-85 and M4A2 76w kind of situation.
Actually this vehicle is at best an upgraded version of the Panzer IV.
Its mobility is nothing outstanding. On Pacific‑theatre maps, whether it reaches 80 or 20 km/h, it still ends up fighting duels at key positions.
The Hellcat has already been moved from BR 4 down to BR 3.
This tank shares the same problem as the KV‑ZIS‑5.
Fundamentally they belong at BR 3.
Since neither can reliably penetrate the Jumbo or the Panther.
