Hey, you guys listened to my idea lol jk But yeah, I was suggesting increasing the waiting timer - to fill up teams with people. Totally fine, if us players know that the timer is just gathering people.
Feel free to increase the timer to 45 secs or 1 min, if needed. Just post a message as well - hey, you are just hanging around, filling up humans on teams, so that players know why they are waiting. That is all. Good UI/UX/Human experience.
In fact, maybe add a quick lobby at game starts - for a minute or two, the Day of Defeat style - it had like custom timer lobby, where you could f around, while game is gathering people. Lol I would wall spray pics of boobs. I think Team Fortress 2 has that lobby-style too
I think 30sec would be full of players when game start, since sometimes it can take 1 min to wait for a game start. 30sec waiting but full of bots maybe the result of players disconnected. IDK
