one or two days ago I bought the game “ENLISTED” but I had problems with the game because it closed and I additionally did not like it, that same day I requested a refund with the company where I made the payment, but they said no because I quote " Unfortunately we are unable to refund your payment as we were informed by the game support that the purchase has already been redeemed in the game "so I don’t know what process to do to get the money back.
They have some idea what to do, since Enlisted has no customer service

The “redeeming” is that the premium squad has been added to your account, which should happen when you log into the game for the first time after the purchase.

For Enlisted customer support, use Gaijin Support. There is an Enlisted category which you can use. Support are really the only ones who can assist with refunds and account related issues.
