The ideal parking spot is now either in the middle of an open field or 150 meters away from the objective. It’s not making APCs better

Yeah, well, looking at those individual maps where you really could park your APC’s next to the points and fixing those and ONLY THOSE is hard work.

It really seems like the devs greenlit this change (I mean having distance from the edge of the point rather than the center was sensible) but forgot to adjust the distances for the maps, which is just awful forethought

in my opinion, they can leave the old distance or try new placing distances for balancing purposes all they see fit, but at the very least if the measurement is from the edge of the cap zone, mark DISTANCE TO EDGE and not DISTANCE TO THE CENTER: it is a totally useless number given the new implementation.
as it is working right now, the most direct use is to directly pass the boundary to test the minimal distance and then backtrack, which is annoying and dangerous.

So does it tell you if your parkin too close for it to spawn or not… cos my pain train is parkin up inside as per usual you know what im saying haha xxx

It does and there’s a white rally point icon above the objective marker that tells you how many more meters can you go towards it.
Ahhh thats what that is. I thought it was sayin how many guys were there defendin it. Haha
They nerfed it twice, from making the vehicles harder to climb making it spin continuously and then making it from 70 to 80 or more far from the objective, it’s literally quite useless now while getting continuously being fired from tanks on open fields.
Sometimes the developers just act on their own changing things players was fine with it.
Guys, when I was driving the troop transport card in Kawfer Kiln Village, I needed to be 110 meters away to respawn. So just delete the troop transport card. Also, the paid German troop transport card is harder to drive because of the extra power; if you press the keyboard a little too much, it might slide out more than twenty meters.

Can i still drive it into a base and use it as a glorified means of getting my assauters from A-B (so not to use it as a spawn?)
