In our game, the presence of a scope on a weapon is a relative factor that reduces its spread several times.

I propose restoring logic and fairness by reducing Type 97’s dispersion. The specific values are left to the discretion of the developers, but I propose a range of 0.04-0.10.

No, its the sniper version of the weapon that reduces the spread. The scope attachment does nothing. You can remove the scope and this changes nothing.
The SVD-30 premium is not a sniper weapon and it has standard dispersion for a semi auto rifle even though it possesses a scope, for example.

I voted No, but with a caveat. If the dispersion is reduced significantly, the Type 97 would need to be moved up to BR3 or 4. It is already fantastic in BR2 and is great as a secondary MG paired with the KE7 in BR3.
That being said, Japan needs a lot of love. The Type 99 with Scope would be an excellent addition to BR3 or 4 and it could have a lower dispersion such as you suggested here.
