Reduce the rate of fire on the Type 100 MG

Previously the Type 100 had a ROF of 600, 660 fully upgraded, and terrible accuracy. But when the devs fixed the accuracy problem they decided to increase the rate of fire for some reason to 1000, 1100 fully upgraded. If it’s more historical that the rof is the way it is then show me the document cause I’m going off Wikipedia right now.

The Type 100 has 2 barrels so the effective rof currently is 2200 fully upgraded, which is higher than even the MG-81. It’s hard not to waste ammo, plus recoil is a bit more annoying, and Japan doesn’t have any other options like Germany does with the MG-42-100.

I believe that the rate of fire should be reduced back down to 600 base and 660 upgraded, putting its effective fire rate on par with the MG-15.
