The sturmpistole, in enlisted, has an insane range, almost like a rifle. However, in real life, it was developed as a flare gun modification, and had a maximum range of about 75 yards.

In the screen recording, the first two shots went over the hill.
Should the range be reduced to it’s historical preformace?
Idk why people keep asking for “absolute historical accuracy” in Enlisted out of all WW2 games out there with games actually emphasizes on historical accuracy in autistic level like IL-2 Sturmovik series exists. Enlisted is semi-historical game with obviously more focus on game balance and QoL over such historical accuracies.
Actually I use it and I think it’s really underrated. Firstly you can put it in your pistol slot so you can have another weapon and secondly it’s easy to use.
So what’s even the point of doing this every time putting Sturmpistole in your pistol slot? I didn’t know that it could go into the pistol slot by going thru all that and tbf i probably never knew this if it weren’t of you but this is still so niche thing that i don’t think it’s worth using it over Grb-39.
he sturmpistolehad a highly limited efective range of about 25 to 75 meters (27 to 82 yards), while its maximum theoretical range for anti-personnel fragmentation rounds was up to 300 meters, its practical combat range was drastically, here some info but with all of this I think it’s good as it’s now, so I vote no
