I’ve proposed it before and I’ll propose it again:
You should reduce the heating on tank mgs and autocannons significantly. Shooting 50 bullets or less and then overheating is just a fundamentally unfun mechanic.
Tanks are anyway very vulnerable to infantry anyway and any real abuse happens via lobbing HE at infantry. So this is completely pointless.
interestingly, there is also fire rate difference between infantry carried Mg42 and static/vehicle mounted Mg42s.
Mg42 carried by infantry has 900 rpm fire rate while static Mg42 (such as on D-day map) has 1200 rpm.
Regardless, overheating is too fast, I just wanted share this because it doesnt seem to be common knowledge.
