I notice that thier needs to be a better balancing of upgrade points for Japanese vehicles. As with most vehicle squads, there are VERY limited options to choose from…if at all any. I am currently trying to upgrade the Attacker II, and notice at level 10 I need over 18,000 points to get the next selection…yet for ANY other faction I have fully upgraded the similiar squads ending with a max upgrade points of 10-11,000 at levels of 36 and up because they have FAR more planes to upgrade. As a result, this means it takes WAY longer to upgrade the Japanese pilots abilities making them at a disadvantage to the other factions. They really need to add more planes to choose from as well as lowering the upgrade point requirements…after all Japan is at a TT disadvantage and mostprefer the other factions because of this.
Do you agree with lowering of Japanese pilots upgrade requirements?

They should just do another round of balancing for the required exp points for each level of the squad.
Theres literally no reason to be grinding out 15k+ for 1 level of a squad or let us use saved up research points to speed it up.
I have over 2 million in research points in 1 faction but im still upgrading a handful of squads and even after a few matches the exp doesn’t move much since my troops in that squad is limited to 4 and 1 star ranking making it harder to acquire the exp needed to level up.

Yeah I guess they forgot several squads in the round of rebalancing and not only squads of Japan.
This has been mentioned on the forum before.
For the last 1.5 month or so, I’ve only been using my squads that still need upgrading, from all nations.
It’s actually fun doing this and rewarding when another squad is maxed out.
Two of them were indeed from Japan, assault pilot II (B5N2) and fighter pilot I (A5M4).
In order to level the squads up, I make line ups for all nations, and only fill them with squads that need levelling up, so I use those squads exclusively in battle.
Also I use:
- premium account
- boosters from daily login
- boosters from BP
- hero soldier in each squad
- join any army
It’s a lot of “work” but doable.

I gave up on doing levels on planes and ended up focusing on the troop squads and tanks but I might back to planes if I ever finish my other squads

Ya I do that too, but the balancing on the Japanese pilots is lopsided and these are my last few squads to upgrade. I’ve been putting it off as the Attacker II is SLOW with no front guns and is the only option…same for the Fighter I. Very manuveurable planes, but slow and not armed great so when it takes so long to get 1 level, I get fed up.

It’s ridiculous as thier counterparts get levels around 4-5,000 allowing them to attribute thier pilots quicker and same for upgrading thier plane.
Japan has such a disadvantage because of the crappy TT and lack of squads or good vehicles, the the upgrade disadvantage, having to take off from a carrier in the Pacific…devs wonder why it’s the least played faction.
