Currently soldiers in squads look like this when you are in academy view:
Knowing what squad they are in is important if I need to find them to swap out equipment and put them in the academy, but before that l am looking for the status of their stars.
So I suggest that the tile be rearranged so the squad is on the right hand end and so less prominent:
This should be part of a general major upgrade of the UI for soldiers management.
If i may add, Iād also like class icons to be more visible. They should be larger and possibly always in high contrast to the background. Like, instead of having red icons on dark gray background for soldiers that are available but exceeding the class limit, make them still white but with red background.
