Well it actually does if with 20% accuracy you hit 1 shot from 5 bullets while with ppsh you hit 14.
And what did I not understand then ? Is it that I use 1mag / 1clip as base for the bullets ?

“your accuracy”. you…the player. Gun type/stats arent part of it.
you fire 10 rounds, you only hit twice. YOUR accuracy is 20% regardless of gun
you fire 10 rounds, you hit 5 times. YOUR accuracy is 50% regardless of gun
You’re average accuracy is the % form of, how many rounds (all weapons combined, you can break it down into class if you like) you have fired in total for your whole playtime, to how many that have hit (not killed).
Basically the gun can have the best stats in the world. but the player has to be accurate. most people average accuracy is between 10-20% on automatics. 30-50 on Snipers/DMRS
