So uh, is there a way to re-asign a skillpoint of a soldier, i accidentally hit the wrong skill and uh, it basically ruins the entire soldier’s build.
Every time your soldier gets enough exp after reaching his max level at given rank you will be given “retraining point” that you can use. But from my experience, you are going to need multiple of them.

This… You also have to consider the usage of perk points avaiable shown on “avaiable perks” menu.

at this points its easier to get a new soldier and hope i get the less recoil perk again, but thanks
Yeah, forgot about that.
Some soldiers cannot use certain perks because they dont have enough points available in certain category or are not able to learn those perks at all due to their rank.
well, thing is, you need to level up new one from the scratch, not to mention academy. Instead, you will have your slot occupied to earn exp, but all you need is few retraining points if you want perk your soldier can actually learn.
