Since the rewards are destined to remain the same, yet the achievement is important, my proposal is that for every point you have above 200 at the reset, gets added to the reset 50. For instance, if you finished the BP with 250 points, when it reset to 2nd Lt at 50, you would be given the other 50 starting you at 100…and you got the extra rewards to go with it. It is a waste resetting to 50 every time…this lets those wo play to marshal have an easier time the following BP since “temporary” prtraits are terrible…especially since I learned today that they removed 2 of them.
Disagree. I think the complete opposite. Everyone should reset to 0. To me the whole point is “how are you doing LATELY.” if you can get 300 points in one BP, you can do it again next time, yeah? Or do you just want to ride your own coattails? Couldn’t be arsed to play the last 2 months, but still want free Marshall level rewards because i was good once upon a time. Nah.

I think you misunderstood the point of my comment. If 300 isn’t a lot, then why do you care that you start at “only” 50? Within 2 days I’m sure you’ll be Marshall again?
Start at 0, and earn you points. 300 isn’t a lot, that’s great, get 300, that’s every award, why do you need a head-start if it’s easy?..
