Use tanks. Much smaller target, same armour. Or planes.
Pound titans with HEAT
Aim for the turret. (turret’s side is the weakest)
And of course don’t forget to build rally points

Just use the American mech since it has an autoloaded 75mm that can effortlessly pen the german one anywhere and is basically immune from return fire
