Random game crashes

Greetings everybody!
I don’t know if here is the correct place to post this, but I’ve been having some issues with random crashes while playing the game, starting today 18/09/2026. And even though it has started today, I’m complaining because it has happened like 10 times already, every single time I got into the game and started having some fun, my game crashed. Moreover, there haven’t been any messages about the crash itself, just a random little window asking if I wanted to send a report to the developers.
I was wondering if others are going through the same issue, if anybody knows what is going on and if there is a way of eliminating this problem.
Cheers.

Welcome to the Enlisted forum, and I hope you get this problem sorted quickly.

Maybe these solutions will help…
To fix Enlisted crashing on your PC, verify your game files through your launcher or Steam and update your graphics card drivers. [1, 2]

Quick Fixes

  • Verify Game Files: If using Steam, right-click Enlisted in your library, go to Properties > Installed Files, and click Verify integrity of game files. If using the standalone Gaijin launcher, use the check files option in the launcher settings.

  • Update GPU Drivers: Download the newest drivers directly from Nvidia, AMD, or Intel depending on your graphics hardware.

  • Disable Overlays: Turn off background overlays like the Steam overlay, Discord overlay, or NVIDIA GeForce Experience, as they frequently trigger crashes. [1, 2, 3]

Advanced Troubleshooting

  • Switch DirectX Version: If you crash before reaching the menu, browse your local game files, open enlisted.config.blk with a text editor, find the driver:t line, and change it between "dx11" and "dx12" (or change it from auto).

  • Integrated GPU / VRAM Issues: Players on laptops or integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics often face mid-match crashes due to VRAM allocation. Lowering allocated VRAM or checking for thermal throttling can help.

  • Run System File Check: Open Command Prompt as an administrator and run sfc /scannow to repair corrupted Windows system files that might interfere with the game. [1, 2, 3, 4]
