just try placing a rally point in an invasion mode at side or IN FRONT of capture point, then protect it and observe, you will need an extremely bad team to lose that match - enemy will have a great trouble siezing that point and your team will even push them all the way to the gray zone
all realism will be destroyed in the process, and if enemy does the same, instead of invasion you get a whole new game mode - partisan wars
you discovered hot water I think anyone with a minimum of intelligence does the same with rallypoints (I know there are few of us)
