Rally point placement should be more flexible

The title says it all but it’s a real pain to run around the battlefront to find a sweet spot where the hologram turns red to green.
I think the current requirement for a level surface and open space is a bit too strict. At least in Pacific.

It’s quite ridiculous indeed. There’s a slight 5 degrees slope? Oh no! Too instable for a radio!

Very annoying.

its was safety reasons, if the radio is in 5degree everyone spawns in 5degree.
So if 9 soldiers spawns there and all fall down think about what could happen.
Yeah OSHA.

We all love this, don’t we?

I remember when there was even announcement about rally points being easier to build on slight slopes and that actually worked for few months. When I had like 2-3 months break from the game I noticed that I can’t build rally point in places I used to, especially near rivers, now it’s very restrictive and I don’t like it. No idea why the change if it was working better before.

I’ll pass it immediately to the devs. A good suggestions as I feel the pain as well. Sometimes I waste time searching for a buildable spot.

it used to be more flexible and few updates ago i noticed you couldn’t build them in places where it used to work. weird… having a 60 degree slope i can understand but up to 20 shouldn’t be a problem.

Totally agree, the rally point should be as easy as the ammo boxes to put down. Not only that, make it half the current time it takes to put down. The engineer is taking all the risks so why is he put in more danger for longer for doing so?
