Why is it that at the end of a battle, I can have 25 engineering points from ONLY building rally points, but on a task list for an event or BP I don’t get all of that credit? Do you get credit for spawning on you own rally points?

I dont think you get points for spawning in on rally points during the match and for tasks im pretty sure it has to be other players

Nope.
You don’t get any credit for daily missions by just building a rally point. Credit is given by number of uses of said rally point, which you can se in the end-of-battle screen.
That’s what I thought, but if I only build rally points…to me all the Engineering points would be from other people spawning…yet my task for the event “have allies use your spawn point 30 times” only showed 17 points after getting an Engineer score of 25. Where are the other missing points attributed too? @LokalHero
I just played again where I had 5 engineering points only from rallies and it only added 2 to the task so I’m at 19 now. There has to be a glitch or a catch to the points.
anything you build adds points and if you build a sandbag and your teammates uses it to block enemy shots it also gives points
