I have yet to see any rain/thunder in Tunisia.
I know it doesnt rain much in the desert, but it does sometimes in Tunisia, I’m sure.
It’s in north Africa, not the Sahara in the middle of africa.
Would very much like to see weather effects in Tunisia.

There is. There’s some nasty (but nice looking) sand screens sometimes. Makes more sense than rain in desert maps at least

According to a travel site I’m looking at, the yearly rainfall in Tunisia is about 19 inches per year, usually in Autumn. This is compared to the yearly rainfall in Italy of about 29 inches per year. So it’s about 2/3rds of what Italy gets.
So you’re right - we should be seeing some rainfall. Maybe not a ton but, some.
