Radiomen and mortars

Not if they are in their spawn zone. You can’t see them from air and you have to survive through the front line and the enemy spawn to even have a chance of detecting mortar as an infantry. Mortar has always been and still is OP along side the engineer ammo resupply. Take the resupply away and then they are fair.

Make the out of bounds area In bounds and its all good.

Make the enemy spawn in bounds… I can only wonder what problems that would cause

First of all the mortars in this game are not modeled realistically at all … In enlisted the on map mortars are 2 inch, 60mm and 50mm weapons. From the amount of HE they had in them they were not as effective as we see currently in game.

These were normally line of sight front line mortars attached at company level. They were not equivalent to even 81, 82 MM mortars or 105mm Howitzers that was used for indirect fire. Currently the mortars in game are better than indirect fire artillery.

This is just not historical or accurate. The HE effects of the mortars need to be reduced and the rate of fire needs to be decreased, this will go a long way to decreasing the effectiveness of those weapons …

In my opinion all the chaos created by 36mm - 250kg bombs are what make this game stand apart from other WWII Fps. These classes only really work if you have a team which knows how to communicate using the Ping system.
If you play a game where no one is working together than all these classes you talk about are useless or less effective.
Also there is always a counter to be played. In the end what wins a game in my mind is how well your team and work together.

They just need to increase the map size so mortars can’t sit out of bounds shooting at objectives and maybe add some smoke from the mortars giving away their position.
