Radio squad to me has one of the most op mechanics in the game but if they were repurposed as ai spotters you would actually need to choose between engy and radio in any of the other squad tree branches. (currently its a no brainer)
If they could auto spot it would help mortar teams tanks and planes with some of the issues teams have when noone spots while also repurposing the unit.
We currently have mortar and radio men doing essentially the same job as eachother and if radios were repurposed they could add to different squads mechanic and utility.
