Are they cross campaign or do i need to reunlock stuff with every campaign? i can’t find an answer to this either way. Really a sticking point if i stay with this game or not.
Since the two campaigns use different equipment, they are not interchangeable. things unlocked in one campaign do not transfer to the other one. But the currency unlocked in one campaign can be used in the other, so if its easier for you to unlock the currency in normandy, you can take it to moscow and unlock things there using it.
