I suggest to add some filters in reserve like “Class”, “Rank” and “Tier” which allow multiple selection

Excellent idea. Was about to post similar myself. Maybe also a filter for soldiers with full perks (Solid yellow or outlined) vs soldiers that need to be upgraded.
