Since about few days before, “order for weapony / troops” looks locked.
So I no longer getting guns/medikits and soldiers.
Any reason?

like, are the orders locked?
did you runned out of orders? the options are gray? or what

Sorry to my poor explanation.
I meant “order locked” = order stops to count up.
But I’m now understand that this is because of Twitch drop event.
After following few guys who is live streaming Enlisted game in Twitch service,I got a new soldier.
Twitch event slow down my order pace a lot .
ah there you go.
mh, a bit weird. once this event will be done, i might suggest you to give a look at it again. and
if doesn’t do this issue, come back to this post, and ask for a moderator to close it.
but if it does, you will need to provide some screenshot/video and include the clog. so some devs will take care of the issue.

It might be just me as my russian campaign level is 1, but I do not have the option to use orders on the russian side, only german side
