I’ve heard that the premium medic squads in Stalingrad and Pacific (I know later one as I own both) can change their primary gun as long as they are medics, which enables you to transfer guns.
Does anyone own the premium flamethrower squad in Tunisia? Because I want to know whether it’s possible to replace the ZH/ Johnson. Are the flamers able to change their first primary too?

yes its true. female squad was shown here on the forums for example after they got introduced.
but either way its a yes for both of them.
you can remove the flametrowers for example and equip them on other squads. i dont own but a friend of mine that i play with has it and she told us that is possible.
anyway. dont expect that to stay that way.
Also yeah you can replace the first weapon from the ZH
