Is there a reason I can’t use them immediately I get them from the BP? Or a day later still?
I can’t see anything in the description of them says so, but I dont’ see them anywhere when trying to upgrade a soldier of any type or grade.

Are those lvl upgrades tickets? If so… they merely fill up a star to make it yellow… They don’t give tickets to upgrade the number of stars since the patch that removed the academy
