During the Twitch Drops I collected all the drops, but due to work I couldn’t play the game during the drops period. Now yesterday when I started the game I received all the rewards but I can’t use my weapon requests for special pistol (which I collected 10) i.e. there is no thirds option in deliveries tab. According Twitch Drops FAQ “You will get your rewards as soon as you access the game on that platform.” Is it a bug or that statement doesn’t apply to weapon requests?
To get the weapons, you had to collect 10 tokens. However, it is not enough just to have the tokens, but had to open a package in the logistics, where you could finally get the weapons. Since the Twitch events are already over and the box that was responsible for the weapon is gone, I think that you no longer come.
And even if that would be the case, those delivery boxes should be available (aka visible) for everyone who have at least 5 tickets to trade at any time, not just during twitch drops events.
Gods knows how long it will take until another one would be active AND if people who have old tickets are going to get a second chance.
This issue should honestly be treated as a bug, or at least oversight, so people are not going to loose their earned stuff before even claiming it.
