Premium ones will definetly be counted as high br but what about event squads or possible free unlockable paras in future ?
Will their br depend on their jumping ability or primary weapons ?

We don’t even know if there will be BR levels, to completely fair. We all call it BR but it will more than likely be a completely different system.
It may be that the game will be divided by the year of creation. Kind of like an era in WT. And these eras can have their BRs.
And that players could enter the Battle of Berlin with equipment from 1941, but you will not enter Moscow with equipment manufactured in 1944.

This would best option, but…
There are still things like fedorov avtomat (unreasonably good for what it was irl), pre wwi weapon. So it would be available literally from get go.
This BR would need come with rework of lot of weapons in my opinion.
It is enough to restore the mechanics of weapon jams.
Fedorov’s automatic rifle was very flawed. He stuttered regularly.
So you would have more firepower than other players, but a high risk of jamming.
