I remember once being able to see the tier of the soldiers before ordering them, has this been changed? I would like to at least know which tier the soldier is because I don’t wanna use a gold order on a T1 guy when I could just be using a regular T3 guy in his place…

Go to the unique soldiers tab.

You can tell by stats
Add stats up and divide by 3
17 - tier I
18 - tier II
19 - tier III
etc.
its not that convenient anymore, but you can still check by going to the recruitment window in soldier management.
