It says you “should be 18”. Not you “have” to be 18. So if I’m 15 and in the state that I live in allows you to work at ages as young as 13 1/2, can I apply to be a mod?

That is most likely a problem for several reasons.
- You need to be able to sign an NDA yourself which in turn has to be enforceable for gaijin.
- Employing a minor even if it would be legal in your country might cause a shitstorm in countries in which it isnt.
- Regardless how mature you are, minors are know for throwing a tantrum and gajin might not want to risk having one with mod powers.
