The PTRS is a semiautomatic anti-tank rifle, with a detachable box magazine, compared to the slow single loading bolt action PzB-38/39, which loads MUCH slower than its russian counterpart. Also, the reloading animation on the PzB-38 is long, implying you reload the cartridge box on the side of the gun. None of this makes sense to me.
